This Friday, March 4th, Chick Fil A is offering a free medium order of fries to anyone who requests them and mentions the new Heinz ketchup packets.  Love some waffle fries!

Food World

I will be the first to admit that I am not the biggest fan of Food World because their prices tend to be higher.  However, Food World does run some decent sales from time to time, and they will double coupons up to 50 cents. 

2 deals at Food World this week really caught my eye.  First, they have Marcal paper products on sale.  A 12 double roll pack of toilet paper is on sale for $3.85.  Combine this sale with the $1 off Marcal coupon from the newspaper a few weeks back, and you can get some cheap toilet paper.  Second, they have Suave shampoo or conditioner for only 62 cents per bottle.  Hurry to stock up on some basic household items.

Walgreens

Walgreens has some great deals this week!  There are several items that are free after Register Rewards, including:

Baby Magic Wash or Lotion
Colgate Toothpaste
Sinus spray
Motrin PM

CVS Deals

CVS is rocking some great deals this week!  Here are some of my favorites listed below:

Purex Laundry Detergent for only $.99 - use the $1 off coupon found in this past weekend's newspaper to get the detergent for only $.99 (it is already on sale for $1.99)

Free candy! Free Cadbury eggs and free jelly beans after Extra Care Bucks (ECBs)

Free toothpaste! Colgate Total for $.99 after ECBs - stack with $1 off Colgate Total coupon from All You magazine

Donating Freebies from the Drug Stores

Thanks to the great deals offered by the drug stores, combined with coupons, I can't remember the last time I paid for toothpaste, deodorant, cough drops, and even some medicines.  I find it hard to turn down free toothpaste, even if I have 8 tubes already. 

A friend of mine suggested donating these extra items to Safeplace, a nursing home, or the Salvation Army.  There are always people in need, and it is a great way to help your fellow man without breaking your wallet.

Free Deodorant at Walgreens Next Week

Walgreen's ad for next week has a Dove deodorant coupon, making the deodorant $1.99. Combine this store coupon with the coupon for $2.00 off of Dove deodorant that was in the newspaper inserts a few weeks ago, and you can get free deodorant!

Rite Aid

Rite Aid has some great deals this week!  Finesse hair care products are 2/$6, and you get a $5 +UP reward.  Halls Cough Drops are 2/$2 and get a $1 +UP reward back.  I used 2 $.50 Halls coupons from the February All You magazine to get 2 bags of cough drops for free!  Bounty paper towels are on sale B1G1 (they are priced at $1.29 per roll).  I used $.25 off Bounty coupons from the Sunday newspaper inserts to get 2 rolls of Bounty for $.91!

All told, I got 2 bottles of hair spray, 2 bags of cough drops, and 2 rolls of paper towels for only $1.91!!!

Also, check out the beauty and hair care section while you are there....I noticed quite a few brands that were marked 50-75% off as clearance items.

Free Tacos at Taco Bell

Free food always makes me happy!  Taco Bell has issued a coupon for a coupon for a FREE crunchy taco!  Coupon expires 2/14.

Vocalpoint

Have you heard of Vocalpoint?  Vocalpoint partners with companies to offer product samples in exchange for feedback from real life customers.  I have received several samples in the past year, including fabric softener, cereal, and tissues.  In addition to the samples, they send great coupons.  I have received coupons for free Barilla pasta, free Kashi cereal, $3 off of fabric softener, and many others.

Swagbucks

If you haven't used Swagbucks yet, you are missing out!  A friend of mine introduced me to Swagbucks a while back.  To visit Swagbucks, click on the link on the right side of this blog.

Swagbucks is a search engine that rewards you with Swagbucks for performing searches on their website.  Swagbucks are awarded randomly, so you will not be awarded Swagbucks every time you search, but you can earn a fair number of Swagbucks each day simply by using Swagbucks as your search engine.

Swagbucks can be redeemed for lots of cool prizes.  My personal favorite is the Amazon gift card that you can get for only 450 Swagbucks.  I joined Swagbucks mid year last year.  Thanks to all the Amazon gift cards that I had redeemed through Swagbucks, I was able to get several video games for my kids without paying a dime!

Savings Sunday

I hit CVS and Walgreens this afternoon and scored some sweet deals! 

CVS is running an Extra Care Bucks promotion on Nivea products - spend $10 and get $5 back in ECBs.  I used 2 B1G1 coupons for Nivea lip care.  The lip care products were priced at $3.19 each.  After the coupons and ECBs, I snagged 4 tubes on Nivea lip care for only $1.38 total!  CVS also has Quaker oatmeal on sale 2/$5 and get $2 ECBs back.  Combine this deal with the $1 off Quaker instant oatmeal coupon from the February All You magazine to get a box of oatmeal for only 50 cents.

Walgreens has dishwashing liquid on sale 5/$5 and get $1 in Register Rewards back.  The sale applies to Dawn, Gain, and Joy.  I combined the sale with some coupons and got 5 bottles of dishwashing liquid for less than 50 cents each!  Walgreens also has All detergent on sale B1G1...combine this deal with the All coupons that were in the paper a couple of weeks ago, and you have a great deal. 

For food deals, Walgreens has several good ones this week.  Walgreens also has Skippy peanut butter on sale 2/$3.  I got 2 jars of peanut butter for $1 each by using the 50 cents off of Skippy peanut butter coupons that were in last Sunday's paper.  Lipton tea is on sale 2/$5.  By using the 50 cents off of Lipton coupons from last Sunday's paper, I was able to get 2 100 count boxes of Lipton tea for $4 total.

Rite Aid has Finesse products on sale 2/$6 and get $5 back in +UP rewards.  I plan to stop by later this week and get some cheap hair care products.
