Thanks to the great deals offered by the drug stores, combined with coupons, I can't remember the last time I paid for toothpaste, deodorant, cough drops, and even some medicines. I find it hard to turn down free toothpaste, even if I have 8 tubes already.
A friend of mine suggested donating these extra items to Safeplace, a nursing home, or the Salvation Army. There are always people in need, and it is a great way to help your fellow man without breaking your wallet.
