Easiest way to cook chicken

Using a slow cooker is one of the easiest and most economical ways to cook.  One of my favorite things to do is to throw a pack of bone-in chicken breasts in the slow cooker with a little bit of water.  I cook the chicken breasts on low all day.  The meat falls off the bone, and you can strain the liquid for a delicious chicken broth.  And best of all, you do not have to stand at the stove, and it only costs about $.02 per hour to use the slow cooker!
